Two Quick Delicious Ways To Prepare Macaroni

In this modern age, lack of time is everyday occurrence. If you just came home and you have 15 minute to make lunch or dinner, this two recipes are made for you, especially if you love macaroni. Both dishes take just 15 min to make and they are delicious, and the best part is that they don’t require a lot of effort.

Chicken salad

– 500 g of colored spiral macaroni
– 300 g of smoked chicken fillet
– 1 yellow pepper
– 1 red pepper
– 1 green pepper
– 200 ml of sour cream
– 50g of sesame seeds
– 3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
– Olive oil
– Salt and ground black pepper

Boil some salted water and add olive oil to it. Cook pasta in water and decant them through a strainer. Cut peppers, and chicken into thin and long pieces. Put them in a deeper bowl. Add the chilled and drained pasta.


Fry sesame and add it to the pan. Add salt, pepper, the sour cream, soy sauce and 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir the salad with the spoon. Decorate plate for serving with a leaves of Helena salad. To make everything look even more appealing, add some cherry tomatoes all around.

We suggest you to drink a quality dry white wine made from varieties Riesling with this dish, which has crystal bright yellow light taste of lemon with a hint of honey. Drink cold at a temperature of 10 to 12 degrees.

Macaroni with cheese and sour crème

Just as the recipe above, this one is also very easy to prepare and just as delicious.

– 500 g of small macaroni
– 200 ml of sour cream
– 70 g of Parmesan cheese
– 3 slices of cheese
– 5-6 leaves of fresh basil
– 1 tablespoon of flour
– Oil
– Grounded black pepper

In a saucepan with boiling water on the stove, add the oil and cook the macaroni. Decant them through a colander and return to saucepan. Fry flour on the hot oil in a pan on the stove and stir it with a spoon.

Add sour cream and stir some more. Add cheese and stir with a spoon until the cheese melts completely. Then add finely grated parmesan. Chop basil finely and add to the pan, stir the sauce. Add the mixture in to the pan with the macaroni and stir. Put macaroni on a plate for serving. Sprinkle with olive oil and pepper. Decorate with thin slices of Parmesan cheese and a sprig of basil.
