In small quantities it contains lutein, a mineral salt, caffeine, chlorogenic and ferulic acid, flavonoids, and a number of other beneficial ingredients. If tomatoes are too acidic, you should add little sugar to sauces and juice, because it can cause increased secretion of gastric acid in some people.

Tomato juice is recommended for fatigue because strengthens and purifies the body. They are also good, as we mentioned already, for prevention of skin aging, but also in prevention of many respiratory related diseases.
