Different Ways To Prepare Eggs

Eggs are considered supper food for a reason, and if you got bored of the classic scrambled eggs, you got to try out these 5 different ways to prepare eggs. As we all know they make a perfect breakfast with all the protein you’ll need, but did you know that egg whites are also great addition to lunch and dinner? Here are our five recommendations to spice up your daily breakfast routine.

Zucchini eggs

Cup up half of zucchini, some red and green paprika and onions, add 2 cloves of squashed garlic to the mixture. Stew it all until ingredients soften. Add your mixture made from 6 egg whites and one whole egg to the pan. Add chopped basil and mix it well until it’s done. Keep in mind that you can also use the oven to prepare this meal.

Irresistible avocado


Wash avocado well, cut it in half and take out the seed. Use the spoon to enlarge the whole a bit more and sprinkle few drops of lemon on the inside.

Prepare your mixture of eggs and add the spices according to your wishes. Parsley and oregano go well with this combination.

Pour prepared mixture inside avocado and bake it for about 15 minutes on 200C. It is perfect example how you can use something simple to figure out different ways to prepare eggs yourself.

Foo Young scrambled eggs

Crush two cloves of garlic and do the same with a small piece of ginger. Cut up some mushrooms and onions and stew for a bit. Stir the mixture thoroughly and add half of table spoon of squashed ginger and garlic. Stew for another 5 minutes and add two eggs to the mixture. When it’s done sprinkle it with some linseed oil.

Colorful egg roll

Use mixer to mix up 4 eggs until you get foamy mass. Add 2tbs of buckwheat flour and 2tbs of spelt flour. Cut up scallion and some parsley. Spice it up with some salt and pepper and mix well. Bake the mixture for about 20 minutes and roll it in warm, wet cotton rag and leave it to cool. When it cools down unroll it and add turkey breast inside; roll it back again.

Stuffed eggs

Boil 9 eggs and cut them in half to take out the yolk. Mix up two yolks. Add 250g of garbanzo, water, cut up onions, lemon juice, parsley and some salt. Mix it up until it’s fully unified. Fill half eggs with prepared crème and you’re done.
