Delicious Chicken Breast With Lemon Sauce

There are many ways to prepare chicken, but here is one of our favorite ones.

You will need:
• 4 pieces of chicken breast
• 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
• Parsley
• 200 ml of neutral cream
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 1/2 teaspoons of dried marjoram
• 2 yellow peppers
• 1/2 teaspoons of dry basil
• 1 lemon
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of oregano
• 150 ml of white wine
• olive oil
• salt and ground black pepper

Finely cut cloves of garlic and parsley and put them in a deeper bowl. Add marjoram, bread crumbs and 5 tablespoons of olive oil, stir well. Add finely grated lemon peel and stir with a spoon until the filling is equally mixed.

Put a pot with water on the stove, wait until it boils and then add bouillon cube in it to start with a soup. Slash chicken breasts in half lengthwise, season it with salt and pepper. Cover the first piece of chicken breast with a nylon wrap and beat it with cooking hammer.


Coatthe flattened chicken steak with filling, bend the ends towards the inside and wrap it into a roll. In the same way prepare all the rolls and secure them with toothpicks. Fry them in hot olive oil in a pan on the stove.

When the rolls get golden brown color on all sides, put them in a ceramic bowl. Finely cut the peppers and fry them in oil that remained in the pan. Add the basil and oregano and stir. When spices release the flavor, add the wine to the pan. Squeeze lemon through a strainer to get the juice.

When the alcohol evaporates, add the lemon juice in a pan. Add cream and 150 ml of soup made from bouillon cube, stir. Pour the lemon sauce in a ceramic bowl with rolls. Apply the remaining filling on top of the rolls. Take the ceramic bowl and put it in the oven, bake 30 minutes at 220 degrees.

Put previously cooked noodles at one end of the serving plate and add two rolls of chicken dish to the other. Pour the sauce from the bowl on top of the rolls and decorate with French parsley.
