4. Use nose clips

6. One meal a day
Regular fasting brings benefits ranging from weight loss to lower cancer risks, but keep in mind that it’s not really easy to do it. However, we are not talking about abstinence from food altogether because that is pretty much traumatic for most people.

9. Use smaller plates
Even though this might not seem as an effective strategy to shed a few pounds, it actually is. If most of us were rational, this strategy wouldn’t work at all, but that’s not the case.
Most of us like to fill our plate to the top. Certain studies concluded that if you eat out of bigger plate, you’ll eat more food and that is true all the way, especially if you are really hungry. If you doubt this one, just remember those times when you filled up on food to the uncomfortable level. Best way to prevent this is to eat small portions. Get yourself set of smaller plates and you’ll eat less food for sure and lose weight easily.
