Ingredients:
– 2 Beetroot
– 5-6 leafs of lettuce
– 2 tomatoes
– 4 baguetteslices
– 60 g of nuts
– 1 clove of onion
– 200 g of goat cheese
– Olive oil
– Salt and ground black pepper
Preparation:
Peel beets, cut it into circles and line up in a baking dish. Finely carve cloves of garlic and place in a deep dish. Add the balsamic vinegar and two tablespoons of olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Stir and add the sauce in an ovenproof dish and put in preheated oven at 180 degrees. 45 minutes is all it needs after which you can take it out.
Cut cheese into 4 pieces. Put each slice of cheese on slice of bread. Line up walnuts on top of the goat cheese and put lined up slices of bread in baking dish. Put the baking pan in the preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven. On a serving plate line up lettuce leaves and on top of them arrange baked beetroot circles.
Cut red onion into circles, and tomatoes into slices. Put on a plate and pour sauce from baking pan on top. Then end it by serving slices of bread with goat cheese and walnuts on top. The time required to prepare this dish is 60 minutes.
Ingredients:
– 200 g of lentil
– 150 g of goat cheese
– 1 tomato
– 1 tie ofyoung onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
– ½ teaspoons of coriander
– 1 chicken bouillon cube
– Olive oil
– Salt and ground black pepper
Preparation:
In boiling water in a saucepan on the stove, add one tablespoon of olive oil, bouillon cube and a lentil. Drain lentil after 20 minutes of cooking trough a strainer and place it in a deep bowl. Finely cut cloves of garlic and put it in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the vinegar and coriander.
Stir the sauce and add in the court with the lentil. Slice young onion and cheese into cubes. Add them in dish and stir the salad. Decorate serving plate with leafs of lettuce and serve salad of lentil and goat cheese and decorate it with a sprig of celery. The time required to prepare this dish is 30 minutes.
