Foods that are most suited for your body are fresh fruits and vegetables. So why not just get them all mixed in a very tasty and healthy beverages that can replace any meal, especially breakfast and dinner.

Juice, smoothie or milkshake is very easy to make. Blend all ingredients and mix them in a juicer or blender. Depending on what flavors you like, put the emphasis on fruits or vegetables. You can add other ingredients, but stay away from sugar, even the brown one. If you want your beverage to be a sweet, honey is much tastier and healthier solution. For this purpose, you can use the milk, and if you are lactose intolerant, sweeten drink with a banana, watermelon or cantaloupe that are high in natural sugar. Nutritionists also recommend juices and fresh smoothies because they are low in calories and rich in vitamins and minerals.

Tip: fruit drinks, smoothies and milkshakes are tastier if they are cold, but keeping them in a refrigerator significantly reduces the nutritive ingredients in them. The solution is to add a little bit of ice before serving, which will slightly dilute the drink but preserve valuable vitamins and minerals.

Fruit delight

Ingredients for two people: 200 g of melon, 2 peaches, 5 cherries, 5raspberries, 10 almonds, 4 ice cubes.

Preparation: peel melon and peach and chop them into small pieces. Mix them in a blender with the other ingredients. Mix until you get a unified pulp juice. Consume immediately.

Vitamin juice

Ingredients for two people: 100 g of cucumbers, 1 dl of tomato juice, 1 small red pepper, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of fresh orange juice, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped leeks, a pinch of salt and pepper, 2 cubes of crushed ice.

Preparation: Peel the cucumber, put all ingredients except ice in blender, season it with salt and pepper and mix for about a minute. Pour into a glass and add ice. Decorate the cup with lemon slice, orange or cucumber.

Shut smoothie vegetable

Here what you’ll need for two people: 5 medium size tomatoes, a small piece of celery, 2 carrots, juice of one lemon, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, salt, 5 ice cubes.

Preparation: Peel the tomatoes, celery and carrots. Cut them into small pieces and place in a blender, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Whisk for thirty seconds, pour into glasses and add ice.

Blue lagoon

Ingredients for four people: 250 g of blueberries, 2.5 dl of freshly squeezed apple juice, 5 dl of low-fat yogurt, 1.2 dl milk, ½ tablespoons of ground almonds, ½ tsp. of ground cinnamon, a few whole blueberries for decoration.

Preparation: blend all ingredients for 1 minute. Pour into four glasses and decorate with a few blueberries. Add ice cubes if you desire. Consume immediately.

Happy day

Ingredients for four people: 2 bananas, 100 g of ground biscuits, half a sachet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, 2 dl of milk, half a cup of crushed ice, chocolate dragées and seasonal fruit for decoration.

Preparation: mash banana, then add the ground biscuits, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Slowly add milk. In the end stir and add crushed ice. Serve in a tall glass decorated with chocolate dragees and fruit.
