As we all already know it can be hard to come up with new tasty ideas especially if chicken is often on your menu. However, we managed to make few delicious dishes that you hopefully tried out yourself. Next to few recipes we wrote about that will spice up your chicken preparation, we got two more you can use to impress your friends and family.

Chicken liver in tomato sauce

Preparation time – 60 minutes, serving for four people.

Ingredients:

• 400 g of spiral pasta
• 3 dry red peppers
• 500 g of chicken livers and hearts
• 200 ml of tomato sauce
• 1 onion
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 tablespoon of spice mixture
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• Oil
• Salt and ground black pepper

Preparation:

Cut onion finely and fry it in the hot oil in a saucepan on the stove. In a pan with the softened onions add the spice mixture and flour, stir constantly with a spoon. When the flour is fried, add the tomato sauce and bay leaves, stir well. Then add the chicken liver and 4 ladles of boiling water, add salt and pepper.

When the chicken liver is cooked, add the dried peppers cut into small pieces. Stir and cook until the peppers soften. In boiling water in another saucepan on the stove add salt and pasta to cook. Squeeze them through a strainer and put them to a plate for serving. Next to them serve chicken liver in tomato sauce and decorate with parsley sprigs.

Oriental Chicken

Preparation time – 30 minutes, serving for four people.

Ingredients:

• 1 kg of chicken breasts
• 1 onion
• 1 zucchini
• 2 carrots
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons of sweet-hot sauce
• 1 clove of garlic
• Oil
• Salt and ground black pepper

Preparation:

Cut chicken breasts into pieces and fry them in hot oil in a wok frying pan on the stove. When the meat turns white, remove it from the pan. Finely cut clove of garlic and fry it in the remaining grease in the pan. Cut onion into big chunks and carrots into circles. Add them to the pan and stir.

Cut the zucchini into semicircles and add it to the pan with the softened onions and carrots, stir well. Put back pieces of chicken in a frying pan with the softened vegetables, season it with salt and pepper, add soy and sweet-hot sauce. Stir occasionally and fry until the meat and vegetables take on the taste of spices.

In the middle of the plate for serving put pre-cooked and strained rice. On top of it serve oriental chicken and decorate with radicchio leaves.
