Recipe

Ingredients for one person:

Pinch of black pepper
Honey
1 cup of organic cow’s milk,
1 teaspoon of clarified butter (Ghee)
1/3 teaspoon of turmeric

Preparation:

Pour a glass of milk into the pan and place on stove. Add the clarified butter and spices so that they melt in hot milk. Constantly stir until the milk boils. Remove the milk from the heat and allow it to cool enough that you can drink it. Add honey to the warm milk and stir. Drink while warm.
