Asian Diet – Lose 5kg In Just A Week

Supposedly with Asian diet, you can lose 5 kg in just a week. The diet is effective because it restricts input of calories from 800 to 1000 a day. Besides that it encourages drinking mineral water, green tea and fresh fruit juices.

On the menu we have fresh vegetables and fruits, rice, rye or black bread and of course fish. Daily input of calories is very low, meaning that the diet is not sustainable for longer period of time. If you do it anyways you might feel tired as well as experience mood swings. That is why this diet is recommended every 6 months.

First of all we should say that this diet is only for healthy people so if you wish to try it out, consult with your doctor first. If you decide to go for it, giving up candy, flour products, animal fats, alcohol or coffee is a must.

Schedule

Day 1

Breakfast: 150g of fresh cabbage with 200ml mineral water.

Lunch: little bit of rice, 150g of carrot salad with olive oil and 200ml of mineral water.

Dinner: 150g of boiled fish, slice of rye bread, few leafs of green lettuce and 200ml of green tea.

Day 2

Breakfast: 150g of carrot salad with olive oil, rye bread toast and 200ml of mineral water.

Lunch: 200g of carrot salad, cabbage, green lettuce, celery, slice of rye bread and 200ml of fresh apple juice with no sugar.

Dinner: 100g of boiled rice, lettuce leafs, half of grapefruit and 200ml of mineral water.

Day 3

Breakfast: 200g of apple, orange, pear and banana salad with 200ml of fresh orange juice with no sugar.

Lunch: 250g of boiled asparagus, 150g of cabbage salad with lemon juice, slice of rye bread and 200ml of mineral water.

Dinner: 250g of mushrooms (no oil), one boiled potato and 200ml of mineral water.

Day 4

Breakfast: apples, oranges, rye bread toast and 200ml of fresh orange juice with no sugar.

Lunch: 300g of boiled asparagus with rice and basil, one apple, slice of rye bread and 200ml of mineral water.

Dinner: 200g of boiled fish, 2 boiled potatoes, slice of rye bread and 200ml of green tea.

Day 5

Breakfast: 150g of roiled rice puree and 200ml of mineral water.

Lunch: 200g of white cabbage salad, slice of rye bread and 200ml of mineral water.

Dinner: 200g of cabbage, carrot and lettuce salad with olive oil, slice of rye bread and 200ml of mineral water.

As for days 6 and 7, just repeat one of above whichever you like the most. Do not follow this diet if you think that it doesn’t suit you, and keep in mind that, as mentioned above, you should repeat it only every six months. Otherwise you might achieve negative results.
