Regular exercise will make you look younger and feel better. When you are exercising you are helping your body circulate more nutrients and oxygen trough your entire system including skin which then looks healthier and younger.

After each exercise you will feel better, more relaxed, your mood will be visibly better and people who smile a lot look much younger. Regular exercise lowers the stress hormones in your body, which lowers your blood pressure and relaxes your blood vessels. Exercise regularly and you will definitely slow down the aging process. 2 to 3 times a week is enough but you will want to do it daily when you see the benefits.
